How do I get started?

Please call or WhatsApp us on 0034 693817919 or email us on [email protected] and tell us what service you require. Our team will provide you with information by phone or email or if necessary we will come and visit you.

What do I need to ship?

When transporting goods from Tenerife to anywhere in Europe or the United Kingdom you must have a NIE number or the new TIE card.

Can you assist with paperwork and tax?

Our administrative staff will provide paperwork support from the start through to completion. Regarding import tax, again we can offer some helpful support with import tax issues.

What happens when my container arrives?

If you have paid for your personal container then you will need to make arrangements to receive the container at your delivery address. Occasionally you will need to ask your local council for a parking permit for the trailer. Please ensure you have made arrangements for assistance to offload the contents of the container at the delivery address provided. (Offloading is not included in our service)

Can you transport my vehicle?

Yes, we can transport vehicles when all paperwork requirements are in order.

What size jobs will you attend?

No job too big or small.

Is storage secure?

We have an excellent secure storage space with 24/7 CCTV. You can contract by the day or per calendar month.

Do you provide packing materials?

Yes, we provide boxes, tape, export wrapping materials and wooden pallets. We can also assist you to empty your property and prepare goods for shipping.
